Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dual Camera, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. The app

Dual Camera is an iPhone camera app that may use compatible device cameras, microphone, and Photos library permissions to provide its capture features. Feature availability can vary with device hardware, iOS version, permissions, available storage, and other technical conditions.

3. Dual Camera Pro purchases

Dual Camera Pro is available through monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time lifetime in-app purchase. The current price and billing period are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges and manages these purchases under your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings and request refunds through Apple. The lifetime purchase unlocks the current Pro features without recurring charges.

Pro features depend on device capabilities and iOS permissions. Restoring purchases in the app can recover eligible entitlements on a compatible device. Removing the app does not cancel an active subscription.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the app and for the content you capture, save, share, or publish. You must obtain any permissions, consents, or rights required by applicable law before recording or using content that includes other people, places, or protected material.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the app or website in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person’s rights, interferes with the service, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the app, website, or related systems.

6. Intellectual property

The app, website, branding, and their original content are owned by or licensed to Dual Camera and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create with the app, subject to the rights of others and applicable law.

7. Restrictions on reverse engineering

Except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, modify, or otherwise attempt to derive or access the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, structure, or organization of the app or any part of it. You may not circumvent or bypass technical measures that control access to the app or its features.

8. Third-party platforms

The app may be distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App Store is also governed by Apple’s applicable terms. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the app except as required by applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

The app and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or that every feature will be available on every device.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dual Camera will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the app or website, and may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the app at any time by removing it from your device.
